This page describes the current website setup. Service and application data require their own agreed policies before real customer information is introduced.
Email inquiries
The consultation fields build an email draft on your device. The website does not send the message in the background or store those fields in a website database. If you send the draft, your email provider and the receiving email service process it as an email. You can also contact [email protected] directly.
Do not send customer vehicle records, VINs, repair photographs, contracts, passwords, or other sensitive information through an initial inquiry.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted using DigitalOcean and delivered through Cloudflare. Those providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, request times, and security-related data, as part of hosting and protection. Cloudflare may use security cookies or similar mechanisms. This site does not currently include an advertising pixel or a configured third-party marketing analytics tracker.
App and service records
The app login is for provisioned accounts. The pilot is not an invitation to upload real customer information before access, security, retention, and service terms are agreed. This website page is not a substitute for application-specific privacy terms, a data-processing agreement, or legal review.
